TRAVELLING
Our studio is situated at Unit 5, 462 Sussex Avenue, Lynnwood, Pretoria. You may either schedule your appointment for in-studio or for us to travel to you.
When we travel to you, we bring all necessary equipment to ensure you have our signature experience. We bring our kits, makeup chair, table and lighting set up to you!
Please note that travelling to you can be subject to conditions based on the location, amount of clients per booking and our schedule.
Should the venue be more than 200km away from the studio or should there be time constraints on the day, you will be liable for extra charges such as flights and/ or accommodation.
Our current travelling fee is R6/km roundtrip and is subject to change. No discounts or promotions can be applied on travelling or related fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits:
You are required to secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours. We cannot secure your bookings without a deposit. Should your appointment be sooner than 48 hours, the deposit will have to be paid upon receiving the invoice. The remaining amount is due before the commencement of the appointment. We only accept EFT payments.

Cancellations and Refunds:
​In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or the makeup application.
